Quite frankly most of the Traffic Exchange Gurus have negative opinions of my ranking system and I due to my radical approach with regards to traffic exchange use. My approach does hurt their bottom end and is totally different from what they are preaching to the choir. Read on however, you just might see the light and start using Traffic Exchanges smartly instead of wasting a whole bunch of time and money doing nothing.

There are many unique variables that go into the Traffic Exchange Exposed ranking system. One variable not included in this ranking system is the popularity, or in other words, the supposed responsiveness of a Traffic Exchange. The dirty little secret of the Traffic Exchange industry is, “The same core group of people are surfing most all of the Traffic Exchanges.” What does this mean for you?

There are Traffic Exchange Gurus out there that are misleading people by saying TE members have to keep their message in front of people 24-7-365 in each Traffic Exchange they use. The Guru solution is, “Throw money at it!” The only reason for this is to increase their bottom end or better said, they want to sell you more credit packages in the Traffic Exchanges they own or are associated with. I don’t know about you but in my case, I would rather throw my money at something that is working and not right out the window to the wind.

I agree that a Traffic Exchange member needs to keep a message in front of others all the time to brand themselves. But it doesn’t have to be in any specific Traffic Exchange to achieve the desired branding effect. What if there was a way for you to use the Traffic Exchange industry dirty little secret to your advantage? Remember that the same people using one Traffic Exchange are using most of the others as well. Most times, Traffic Exchange members are viewing pages with a multiple window browser. They have 5, 10, 15, or more Traffic Exchange windows (or “tabs”) open at the same time.

A Traffic Exchange user will be more impressed by seeing your message on multiple Traffic Exchanges instead of multiple times in one Traffic Exchange. The latter is more indicative of piss-poor traffic delivery in an exchange. Imagine the traffic exchange user going from window tab to window tab seeing your page almost wherever they go? That my friend is true Branding! Period!

Your job as a TE advertiser is to make your web page as short, attractive, unique and fast loading as you can. Do give the page viewer the opportunity for leaving you an Opt-in e-mail address. Use the e-mail address to contact them with articles about what you have for sale. Informative articles are always best over a straight out sales pitch. Place links in your articles that point to web sites of yours where you can make a sale. If you do this you will see the response rate you need from practically any Traffic Exchange.

Boom! I just dropped a bomb! The forums, chat rooms, message boards, and conference rooms will be on fire now contradicting what I said in the last few paragraphs. Just remember that, though it all, the Guru opinions are biased and convoluted. Nobody can fault them for salesmanship. But you as a Traffic Exchange user can fault them for serving up garbage on a silver platter.

Look at it realistically. If what you are promoting has any value at all, the message should be accepted and acted on globally in any/all Traffic Exchanges. Positive responsiveness in any particular Traffic Exchange is more likely due to what you are advertising and how you are presenting it than which Traffic Exchange you put it in.

The Traffic Exchange Exposed Ranking List basically shows the reader, which Traffic Exchanges will provide them with the most unique visitors returned for each page you view in Traffic Exchanges. Time is a very valuable commodity. I approach Traffic Exchange ranking and use with a global mindset. The goal of the Traffic Exchange Exposed Ranking List is getting the most number of people viewing my pages with as little time being spent to do it and still looking at the pages being shown to me.

Doesn’t it make more sense to spend your time wisely and get more unique visitors for your web site? The Traffic Exchange Exposed Ranking Report will give a very solid base to radically improve the number of different IP addresses that visit your web site. The rest is up to you with regards to how you are handling those visits and coincidentally the amount of money you will earn with what you are showing.

There are a couple of interesting sections and statistics presented to the Traffic Exchange Exposed Newsletter reader. Here are a few things you should be looking for week to week while viewing the ranking list:

The List Itself:
The list is the reason why I am producing the Traffic Exchange Exposed Newsletter and Blog. The list is arranged in a way that shows the reader how a Traffic Exchange is performing when compared to other Traffic Exchanges. The performance benchmarks are not set in stone. I.e. traffic exchange x has delivered x amount of unique hits and gets x amount of ranking points. Instead, I compare how each Traffic Exchange is performing by comparing them to one another and then awarding ranking points based on the evaluation position. I have about 50 different items that are compared to produce The Traffic Exchange Ranking List. Some Traffic Exchanges will do better in some items than others. The Rating Points value (Seen on the list) reveals the cumulative total of the 50 different items that are compared.

The Purchase Recommendation:
Every issue of the Traffic Exchange Newsletter has one Traffic Exchange listed as being the Traffic Exchange where an upgrade should be done. As time goes by you should be upgrading in these Traffic Exchanges as they are presented to you. They are proven performers. Look at it this way, if you do 1 upgrade every four days you will be doing about 8 upgrades a month, about two a week. When the upgrades are spread out over a month’s time you should find the impact on your wallet is much less than with other methods currently being promoted by the Guru’s.

The Purchase Recommendation is selected via custom software and is never done in a random manner. A Purchase Recommendation for a Traffic Exchange will never be selected twice in a three-month space of time. This gives about 24 Traffic Exchanges the chance of proving they can perform just as well with an upgrade as they are performing with just normal Page-View activity. Many Traffic Exchanges offer to build your referral base while you are upgraded as well. Doing an upgrade every now and then will add new members under you in some traffic exchanges.

There is another thing that should be noted. I will not recommend an upgrade at a Traffic Exchange that only allows its members to upgrade via subscription only. I’ll explain more about this in a few moments.

The Hall Of Fame:
The Hall Of Fame exists as a means of giving notoriety to Traffic Exchanges that have been performing the best over the longest period of time. These Traffic Exchanges should be used no matter where they are currently located on the Ranking List. They are time tested and proven to be a top performer!

The Clickin’ Fifty:
The Clickin’ Fifty list is comprised of Traffic Exchanges where all members should complete at least 50 Page-Views every day if they can or more if they have the time. This list is dynamic; in other words, it will change from week to week. But, using this list consistently will provide the user with the most bangs for the buck. You will get the most unique traffic returned for each page-view you do in these Traffic Exchanges. Work with Traffic Exchanges smartly and get more exposure with less time invested.

Why do I only upgrade in a Traffic Exchange that offers monthly upgrades? A perfect example of how a purchase will negatively effect delivery in a Traffic Exchange recently happened. There is a very popular Traffic Exchange that was picked for an upgrade. Before the upgrade the Traffic Exchange was delivering traffic very well. After the upgrade was done the performance of it dropped dramatically. The Traffic Exchange couldn’t properly handle the extra influx of Page-View credits. The credits I got from upgrading were all wasted on crap Page-Views. If I was a subscriber there is a chance I might forget that I should cancel the subscription because the TE was performing so bad. If I forget to cancel the TE would have gotten an extra month of payment. Not happening!

There are quite a few TE’s that say all a member has to do is cancel their subscription. Easy as that eh? Not really… While it is not proven, I maintain that if I had a bunch cancels on my PayPal account and subscribing back again in a few weeks to the same TE, it would reflect negatively on me in the eyes of PayPal.

And what would happen if I have a legitimate problem and I issued a dispute to PayPal concerning a totally different web site? Couldn’t PayPal look at my history and see that I have a tendency of subscribing to something then canceling and then subscribing again? Wouldn’t PayPal be correct in thinking that I am totally insane and not give favor to my legitimate dispute? I prefer to purchase an upgrade one-month at a time and on my schedule.

If a TE does not offer upgrades without subscriptions I can not recommend them for the one-month purchase. Sorry, this is just how it has to be with the way this system is designed. Many TE users are managing and are active these days in more than 100 Traffic Exchanges. It would be too easy to let a subscription cancel slip through the cracks and costing the TE user more money than actually needed. Also, I don’t go for the idea of charging more for a monthly upgrade when compared to the subscription equivalent. I’ll call it like it is, dirty business!

In closing, many gurus have been saying, or better said, accusing this service of being kind of disconnected and non-essential with statistics that are strange. All I ask is that you give it a try for a few months and decide for yourself. Subscribe to the Newsletter, streamline the pages you are showing, include a way of opting into a newsletter of your own on the pages you show, and follow very closely what is presented here for 2 months. I’ll guarantee that you will see a positive increase in traffic and you won’t be spending a whole lot of money doing it.

So, now you have a Traffic Exchange game plan. Surf at least 50 pages in each of the Traffic Exchanges listed in the Purchase Recommendation, Hall Of Fame, and Clickin’ Fifty sections of the Traffic Exchange Exposed Newsletter. Check out the Recommended Upgrade TE in each issue and see if it is right for you and do your upgrade if you like. Select at least 5 other TE’s from the main list that are above the #30 spot and view at least 25 pages in each of them. Do around 10 to 15 Page-views in the rest. Enjoy the extra time you have on your hands and treat yourself and family to a night out. You deserve it!

Above all, if you find a new Traffic Exchange do submit the URL for it to me using one of the many ways to contact me. I’d love to join it under you and together we can discover the best Traffic Exchanges the Internet has to offer.

Take Care,
Phil
