Hey there Frank!

It's all good man! I thought it was kind of sleezzy to not even say the work was based on anothers hard labor. While I'm not making a whole bunch of friends I do try to point out the obvious not seen by those not in the know...

Take Care,
Phil

Well this is great. I was thinking of getting one but you lighten up my horizon. May be the look and style caught my eye but thanks again for this. Mind changed.

LOL! This topic has a half-life of its own…

In a forum post Here:
http://netmarketingforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17447

It is mentioned the floating Action Button code was used correctly. I agree all the copyrights were attached as required by the creator of the X Library. I further agree the X Library was used per the creators’ license. This isn’t the issue for me.

If you were to visit the FAB web site Here:
http://www.floatingactionbutton.com/

You will see the Following:
==>>
This brand new technology will grab your website visitors by the eyeballs and turn them into a stampede of hungry buyers.
< <==

And Also:
==>>
That is exactly what we developed the Floating Action Button to do...
<<==

These statements above and other statements in e-mails give the reader a false impression that everything (including the X Library) was created by the FAB people. Which isn’t true al all. Without the X Library the FAB would not work.

I know, the “Internet Marketers” are saying the idea of a floating DIV is nothing new. Okay, then why use the X Library if it didn’t serve the purpose so well for something that has been around for so long? I guess the X Library has some value, right?

If the FAB web site approached it differently I would not have even given the FAB web site a second look. What should they have done? If only they said, “We found a code Library with so much value we decided to create a marketing tool around it.”

With me it is all about attribution. Yes, all the copyrights are there and the code is being used as per the license agreement. What is lacking is the attribution! The FAB people are stating they are the creators of all the code involved which is bogus in my opinion.

I don’t know why people are assuming I am talking about the copyrights and the code is not being used correctly. IMHO, they are petty people only looking to discredit me by manipulating what I am saying incorrectly. Get a clue dimwits! If you are going to comment on something that I have written make sure you are keeping everything in context.
