2008-12-30 At 14:20:I don’t understand how this Traffic Exchange is listed at the number one spot on Traffic Hoopla. It is currently sitting at the number 23 spot on my ranking report and I think that is a strong number for Hit 2 Hit. Sometimes there is some strange things that happen in traffic exchanges.

2009-02-23 At 08:15: I feel like I am getting ripped off! I have my computer set up for security and when the URL:

comes up I can’t see the content because of my security settings.
This is a bunch of crap IMHO. Should a TE dictate to its members they drop their security so they can earn a few credits?

2009-01-18 At 17:23: Traffic Splash is screwing up! They are placing the bonus link form on a ajax generated script. This is something that should be disabled while surfing Traffic Exchanges to keep the nasties out. Now, Traffic Splash expects people to open themself to attack just for a few credits here and there. Not very smart IMHO. Since I am unable to seen the information and I can not click on what I can’t see I hope they don’t think I am not looking at the pages served to me.
Come on people! Make the pages viewable for everybody!

In defense of traffic exchange owners, particularly to the comment questioning ethics about “disappearing referrals”, if a referral is a cheater, a bot a duplicate or anyone not complying with the site’s Terms of service, any decent admin would delete ban or suspend those referrals and they are not obligated to inform you of this unless you ask.
Many surfers have no clue how much work it is running a TE and keeping things clean so your credits aren’t wasted by the culprits mentioned above.
Just some food for thought.

I do understand what you are saying and to a point I agree.
Here is where I disagree. All Te Admins must keep a record of the reason(s) why a member is deleted. The reason why is for record keeping and liability abatement. This is something everybody does in the real (sic) business world and having a TE business is no different. Those records must be kept when there is money involved! No money involved then there is no need to keep those records.
It is very simple Ryan. At the same time the TE Admin makes the data entry for the reason why a member is deleted they should CC a copy of the reason to the person who did the referral.
Remember, there is money involved here and everything should be fully disclosed! If a member was caught cheating, violating the terms, ET AL then the referring member should be informed.
Anything less is just running a shady business. And I really don’t care about how much time it takes to run a TE. From a member perspective I feel if the TE owner can’t take the heat in the kitchen then get out! We have way to many TE’s out there anyway —
