2009-10-14 At 17:08: – Traffic Pharoh I tried to sign up here today. There is a requirement for me to list my PayPal e-mail address during the signup process. This is really senseless and a security risk for me to extend that information to the Traffic Exchange.
I don’t get it…
2009-10-14 At 17:03: – Royal Hits I just joined this traffic Exchange. I need to surf 5 sites before I can place a URL in rotation. Since I check stats every 200 clicks it kwill be a while before I am able to log again and submit my URL.
Let me know what you think! If there is something here you do or don’t agree with respond with a comment. Tell me about it!
Take Care,
Phil

Hi Phil
i saw your comments about my site TrafficPharoh.com, i have changed the sign up settings so members do not need to input that information upon signup, i appreciate all feedback but would have been nice for you to contact me 1st to let me know your thoughts. I know there are a few things that still need to be done but we’re getting there and addressing any issues as quickly as piossible.
Hope to see you at Traffic Pharoh surfing with the Gods

Hi Amanda;
Thanks for stoping in at Traffic Exchange Exposed.
I took note of the changes you made and will try signing up at your TE next week. Thanks for making it easier. I can understand your needing the PayPal address if a payment is being made. I do not agree however that a TE (or any other web site) should store that data on their web site.
The reasons are because it opens a person up to geting e-mail sent to an address set up for PayPal communication. Also, Nobody should trust security (For a PayPal Address) of a server out of their control. I’m not saying that you are unsecure. It is just better to not test it.
The reason why I didn’t contact you with the problem is two-fold. One is there is to many TE’s out there for me to use and worring about one is outside what I am trying to do here.
Secondly, I simply don’t have the time to contact all the TE’s where there is a problem. If I were to do that I would drive myself crazy! I figure it is easier for a TE owner to check in here every now and then and do a search for their TE to see if there are any problems. Much more efficient that way.
Thanks again for the note here. I’ll see ya next week!
Take Care,
Phil
