Problems At SWAT Traffic

When I try to log in at SWAT Traffic (Ranked at number 10 of 70 Traffic Exchanges) I get the following:

Warning: mysql_query() [function.mysql-query]: A link to the server could not be established in /home/swattraf/public_html/login.php on line 25

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/swattraf/public_html/login.php on line 27

And can not log in. It has been happening the last couple of days…

Anybody else getting these errors and can not log in?
