Support E-Mail - Royal Surf

I contacted Royal Surf via their “Contact Me” support system today. Here is what I wrote:

Hello;

I hope this note finds you and yours doing well during this holiday season.

The reason why I am contacting you is because one of my programs, Traffic Exchange Exposed, has selected Royal Surf as the recommended one month upgrade purchase for the issue 2007-11-22.

I logged in today to find that you do not offer one month upgrades. It appears that only subscriptions are available at this time.

I would like to purchase a one month upgrade without having to subscribe if I can.

Please advise…

Regards,
Phil

I’ll keep you up to date as to what the reply is…

Phil

    2007-11-26 @ 15:05 I got a response from the support submission. (Fast customer support!)

    It read as follows:
    “Greetings Phil,

    I will need to pass this along to Michael Kelly for him to consider it.

    Best Regards,
    Catherine Heiter, Admin”

    So, we’ll see what happens…

    Phil
