This owner has suspended my account with 102 Hits Available in it. It mkes no sense to do this…

Can Not Test Traffic Exchange - Click Cafe

Every now and then I’ll go through Traffic Exchanges I have in my database to see if they are working sites and if they can be added to the Traffic Exchange Exposed testing report…
