Can Not Test - Web Traffic Genie

Web Traffic Genie is killing me over here!
I have had over 500 page view credits in my account for the longest time! Credits are just not getting used up.
Current Credits: 540
This is one of those things where I will not surf at a TE if there are more than 200 pageviews owed me.

Does Web Traffic Genie Move Credits?

There is a Traffic Exchange called Web Traffic Genie (Rated at number 40 of 70 Traffic Exchanges). It seems like my credits never mover there. I’ve been surfing it the last couple of days and my credit total seems to be going up instead of down.
Anybody know the secret to getting the credits moving here?
